An Eli’s customer service representative will work alongside the Estimator in processing files; customer/insurance/vendor communications; and managing assigned tasks, accounts, reconciliation, and billing of files.

What are the Job Duties of a Body Shop Customer Service Representative?

• Assist with and handle incoming phone calls
• Assist with and handle filing as requested according to shop rules and filing system
• Update customers about the status of their repairs and update the system accordingly
• Greet customers and explain the policies of Eli’s Collision Repair
• Help customers secure a rental car if needed
• Line match insurance company estimates into our estimating system (CCC One)
• Post all invoices and ensure a proper profit percentage is attained with parts and materials
• Learn how to decode and write basic estimates
