Coronavirus (COVID-19) Company Statement



Dear Valued Customers,

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is presenting us with an unprecedented challenge. While there are many unknowns, our best path forward is to be thoughtful and strategic about what we can do to mitigate risk, continue to support our current customers, welcome new customers in need of our services (new customers click here to get an estimate online), and control the controllable.

In response to growing concerns about the spread of COVID-19, we want to provide an
update on the steps we’ve taken at all our locations to provide a safe environment for
both our customers and employees.

We are utilizing recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,
the World Health Organization, as well as local public health laws to guide our
prevention steps and create a safe shopping environment for our customers.

We have increased the frequency of our daily cleaning regimen.  Our Service
departments will continue to utilize protective measures while working on your vehicle.
Some of these measures include the use of protective coverings, disposal gloves and
frequently wiping down of commonly touched surfaces.  Our technicians wear fresh gloves
with each car. Before we deliver a car, we are wiping down the keys, door handles,
shifters, turn signal levers and steering wheels.

We will also be setting up delivery and pickups for all of our customers, who would like
to have this service. We can also have our paperwork completed and signed
electronically, with your phone, tablet or computer.

During this time of uncertainty, we appreciate your loyalty and trust in our company.
